Order a New or Replacement Uniform Item
Initial Uniform Issue (new cadet):
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, cadet’s measurements for uniforms must be completed at home, by a cadet family member or friend. Please complete the 638 Cadet Uniform Measurement/Order Form below following the Logistik Measuring Instructions.
Once received, the Supply Officer will then fill the order. The cadet will be advised when it is available for pickup. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks.
Replacement parts:
When a cadet needs a replacement uniform item they are to follow the above steps, for the specific item/s they need replaced.
