We have two recipients, WO2 Celeste Belanger and Captain Gavin McGinley who will be awarded the Ottawa and St Lawrence Area (OSLA) Commanding Officer’s Commendation.
This ceremony is open to all members of the OSLA cadet units, as well as parents of those receiving these awards. The dress for this ceremony is 3B for CAF members and C3B (Short Sleeve) for cadet members.
